Made a few cuttings in the answer sheet. Will it in any way affect the evaluation of my answer sheet ??

There is no problem if you have made few cuttings in your paper provided you have neatly strike off the cuttings portion and your answers are clearly readable and understandable.
However, try to do minimum cuttings next time as it makes your answer sheet less impressive.
