When customs duty is exempted on import, can CVD be levied ? Similar goods attract ED.

i want to know that , if we r having jcv,crane and hydra ......

should we r reliable to pay which taxes.and hpw much tax we should pay?????

both the duties are diffrent CVD can be levied even if there is no BCD

Mr.Nitesh, your query is not clear in respect of the nature of transac tion i.e., on importation / on manufacturing / on VAT / on service tax ?
