CUSTOM DUTY REFUNF FROM GOVT

Hi expert's
I am import machinery from China. and this missionary using for manufacturing of bubble rolls so it's any option for claim or refund custom duty from the government.

Customs duty payment is your cost.IGST payable along with Basic Customs duty can be claimed as per GST ACT.You may claim refund of the Customs duty if you rexport the imported machine that too refund of full Cutoms duty is not possible. If you purchase duty scriptt it will not effect impect of your financial burden though the Customs duty will be reduced bt you need to pay for purchase of the duty creit scriptts this will result in the same way either you pay Customs duty or to pay for purchase of duty scriptts.

If you find duty scrit to be sold to you at discounted rate the amount of discount will be your benefit.But note is to be taken that duty scriptt sale and purchase is subject to GST.the GST paid at the time of purchase of duty scriptt can be adjusted as per the GST Act.
