Custom duty procedure
We want to import a particular product in Bulk barrel and then repack in in small jars and export it. What would be my Custom duty liability? Can I import in with 0% duty and then export it ?

Chemicals which is free for import as per customs.

There are host of compliances to be met for rexportation of imported goods. Please go through PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED IN RE-EXPORT OF IMPORTED GOODS UNDER SECTION 69 OF THE CUSTOMS ACT, 1962
