AS PER PARA (2.8) SUB PARA (III) SAYS THAT THE PERSON IS EXEMPT FROM IMPORT EXPORT CODE IF THEY ARE IMPORT-EXPORT FOR PERSONAL USE / AGRICULTURE PURPOSE.
