How to save the custom duty on Import of capital good?

For your information it will be used in Green House i.e. for Agriculture and we have the plan of Export in future.

YOU CAN AWAIL EITHER OF THE OPTIONS

1. TAKE EPCG LICENCE FOR 0% CUSTOMS DUTY, EXPORT OBLIGATION NEED TO BE DONE WHICH 6 TIMES OF DUTY SAVED IN 6 YEARS,

2. TAKE EPCG LICENCE FOR 3% CUSTOMS DUTY, EXPORT OBLIGATION IN SUCH CASE WILL BE 8 TIMES OF DUTY SAVED IN 8 YEARS

YOU CANNOT AVAIL 0% EPCG AND SHIS SCHEMES IN SAME FINANCIAL YEAR

Can you tell me the procedure of obtain EPCG license and period?

My company is private limited in Gurgaon and we have the Import Export Code.

Go to https://dgft.gov.in/ and write down the procedure from Hanbook of procedure
