Receiver of goods bcause it is lapse of receiver to clear goods from the port.within the normal time allowed.

Yes, Buyer is the receiver and receiver should pay all demurrages charges because he is liable for being taken goods form port.

Why demurrage raised ??
goods not cleared from customs. So customs ask demurage.
Why goods not clearead from customs,
Reason,
Seller not release the B/L or buyer not cleared the goods from customs.
please tell me which one is responsible for the above issue

because the buyer want me to pay 600 for the custom demurrage and custom clearance
