We received a demand notice from customs regarding arrear of 2012. The partnership firm for which the demand was issued has been dissolved since 2014 and the reminder notice was issued to me in 2022.
What can we do
Engage an expert in that area. All the partners will be liable for such demand since liability of partnership is not limited to itself but it can be passed on to the partners also
