Dear Ashmeet
You are not required to pay VAT / CST for such a transaction. These are transactions for Branch Transfer. Receiving Bonded Warehouse (in antother state) has to issue Form F to the despatching Bonded Warehouse in the originating state. It is presumed that the Company is registered under the Central Sales Tax Act in all the states.
