Yes, definitely, no issue,at least the main section, not mandatory to write sub section and clauses.........I hope.

Hi Dear.,

If you will answer sec 15 (main) section. It's include 1(a) and 1(b). Both sections are covered in main section...

If you will answer 15(1)a then no more explanation about 15(1)b....
If you will answer 15(1)b then no more explanation about 15(1)a....

So, The question asking sec 15 then will be write the main section. In case asking specifically then will be give specific answer...
