06 March 2010For determination of Sales turnover of CST do we have to deduct the good returned within 6 months of which the sales took place?
For example..if I sale goods on 1st Feb.2008 and then i get return of those goods in 15th May 2009 then do i have to adjust this return with the sale on 1st Feb 2008 or I can adjust with current years sales?

1) It will take efect on receipt of goods return date. should be consider in same month sales tax return.
2) it will consider at the time of submition of form "C" for that period. reconsiliation to be submit for none receipt of from "C "due to sales return in other month.
