Cst related query
Dear Sir, I have started new distribution firm in west Bengal since Last december'16.Some stock has been come from outside west bengal.Till now i am not CST Register dealer.so please tell me that do i issue C FORM against purchased from outside state??

December 2016 is yet to come :) I assume it is Dec 15. You can issue C form only if you are registered under CST Act.
