I want to know if I havent got registered under the Central sales tax act but in Local Sales tax act (DVAT) then if i can make Central sale of an exempted good?

YES,Mr.AMIT KHANNA,Without registration with the vat deptt.we can Purchase as well as Sales any Tax-Free goods to the other state.
