Hi, I want to know that what is the rate of tax under DVAT on surgical Items, which is electric and non electric both. Secondly, what the rate of CST with or without form for the same.

Local VAT tax is applicable if there is no C-Form, VAT is 4% in AP in both case, In others states it may vary. CST with C-Form is 1% and with out C-Form is 4%.
