If sale transaction is against Form C than it will be 2%. Otherwise rate applicable will be same as Local VAT rate for the goods if it is sold within the state.

IN THIS CASE CST WILL BE 2% OR VAT RATE ON HOSIERY WHICH EVER IS LOWER.
