14 December 2009Hi....I want to know whether in the following case VAT has to be charged or CST?
Goods are being supplied from Bangalore and the bill is raised in the name of the party situated in Chennai. But the Chennai party asks the supplier to deliver the goods to its customer based in Bangalore and this is pre-determined ie. before the movement of the goods.

it depends upon the location of despatching and location receipt of the goods.
in this cas it shall be VAT only.

We are Registered under MVAT and CST. We have to issue C Foms to our vendors for the supplies of 2007-08, what should be done to get C Forms from the Sales tax dept in Maharasthra for the said period.
