i m confused with cst on stock transfer:
ONe of the leading income tax, service tax & vat for IPCC says that cst can be utised in excess of 2% in case of stock transfer. But i m unable to understand. pls clarify.......

There are no any cst payable on stock trnsfer on interstate branch. This transfer only aganst H Form
Pls provide the full text.
I thinkt he want to say that Input Tax Rebale in excess of 2% may be utilised on stock transfer.
