Can we take input credit benefit against CST paid 2% ?
for eg.
Suppose if we are purchasing some goods from Delhi to Haryana( against "C" form ) simultaneously if i am selling some goods to Maharashtra ( against "C" Form )
My question is, can we sett of CST payable( Maharashtra) against CST paid ( Delhi)

No .credit of cst paid on purchase of goods cannot be availed and set off aganist cst payable

No, credit of CST cannot be taken at all...
The logic (explained from above example)
Delhi govt has collected the CST on sale from Delhi to haryana
Now, When the next sale is made from Haryana to Maharashtra, how can Haryana give you the credit of the tax, which you have paid to Delhi govt.!!!
It must be noted that CST is a tax levied by Central govt, but it is collected by state govts. only.
