25 July 2014We Have factory in delhi & noida,and sending fabric from delhi to noida for stiching and recieving back to delhi for export purpose.
Q. is---Fabric is non taxable and noida officers not ready to give F form to delhi.
Q 2 is delhi vat dept asking F form ,as we have mentioned all fabric+other items as stock transfer to noida.
Q.....3 is if we do not submite the f form for stock transfer(fabric) to noida,then delhi will ask us to pay tax - or what.
what we should do ?.
please help to give suggest.

Noida branch is liable to issue F FORM to Delhi branch
If the form is not received and the assessment is done by the departmental officers then you will have to pay CST since it would then be then be treated as a sale transaction.
