Mr Harinatha babu,
Your question is not clear. A Mumbai dealer has to place order to an AP dealer to deliver the goods where? and to whom, in whose name,who will raise the bill and way bill,etc are to be spelt out clearly. Then only a correct procedure can be given.......MJK
