"BC" Ltd. ( Haryana )
"ABC Ltd selling goods to BC Ltd without providing "C" form i.e. CST 12.5% like Vat amount Rs. 10000
"BC Ltd. Selling good to Maharashtra without Receiving "C" Form i.e. CST 12.5% +5% surcharge like Vat Amount Rs. 12000
Can "BC Ltd. take sett off :-
CST Payable ( Maharashtra) Rs. 12000
CST Paid ( Delhi ) Rs. 10000

CST Payable Rs. 2000/

No you cannot take credit of CST paid on purcahse, however if you would have purchased on vat you could claim it against CST liability.

no. you cannot take cst credit . Only vat can be taken. You have to pay cst like a expense............

no, you can't take credit of cst means cst adjustment is not allowed
