My doubt is , our company situated at Odisha planning to purchase Iron Ores Fines from Jharkhand for export purpose , so please suggest me what is the procedure ? , wheather it ll purchase against C' Form along with against H' Form.
Can we export against C Form directly ?
If you are purchasing under C Form they you will have to pay 2% tax on the value of goods purchased. If you are purchasing against H Form then you will not have to pay any tax.
