If we do not file the CST return during the Year 2010-2011 due to Nil Libility. Department issued a notice of Penalty.
So my question is where we get any relaxation on it.

its compulsary to file cst return even when liability is nil.No relexation,but u can write a request letter to commissioner to reduce the penalty.For this u have to give strong reasons for non filling of cst return in that letter.
