a co. incorporated in may 2015, it earned in its first year 5lac,& 40lac in 2016-2017.
how much amount it should contribute for CSR u/s 135 in f.y.2015-16 & in f.y.2016-17 ??

Nil since its profits are way too less for any CSR liablity
Net Profit should be atleast 5 Cr. or more in order to contribute any amount for CSR
