Please advise while computing 2% of avg. net profit for CSR expenditure we have to take profit after tax or Profit before tax.
In case ,we hve loss in the current f.y i.e 2013-14, then also we have to spend the above amount on CSR Activities. Please advise.

As it says clearly net profit, Please take profit after tax. 
If you are having loss, but still you exceeded the ceiling limit for csr with respect to paid up capital or Turnover, It is compulsory
