I dont find it necessary to launch seperate CSclub India for those who belong to CS community. Rather ca club india's name should be changed to professionals club india. and making into such a portal where requirements of all the professionals are met, whether they are CA, CS, CWA, LLB, CFA or MBA. According to me every body should walk hand in hand to have personal development and meet corporate requirement. Morever on that portal no one should have an edge over other and it should be maintained on the principles of equity keeping in mind the dignity of each profession. Such a combined portal helps in sharing the speciality of each profession and on the contrary having seperate portal for each community may lead to the limited approach of the community members.

Dear Members,

Making CSCLUBINDIA.com seperate will scatter the knowledge of CS and CA. then present portal won't be as effiecinet as it is right now. Other than this fact most of the CA's are CS and vise-versa so no need to sent them other site,

Dear Sir / Mam, We have a Company which is formed on 26-09-13. It has 02 promoters - 01. Resident Indian & 02. Non Resident Indian in 60:40 ratio for Rs.1.00 Lakh capital. Till date the Company has not yet received the 60% portion of NRI. How can one prepare Financial Statements showing Calls In Arrears as the Master Database of MCA already appears to be of Paid Up Capital of Rs.1.00 Lakh (Courtesy - Co. Incorporation process). Please guide me as to how the balance sheet would look like. How un-received portion of Capital would be appearing in the books. Sincerely,
