After years of following up with ICICI, these are the statistics:
Out of more than 900 open shipping bills we have managed to close around 250 at Rs. 130/shipping bill. This was after months of negotiation. Rest of the shipping bills are still pending closure as the local ICICI branch here in Kolkata stopped effectively communicating. They are even avoiding discussing the latest RBI notification under various pretenses. On top of that, they have deducted a total of Rs. 65,000 for non-closure of shipping bills!!!
We are still continuously chasing them. It is just frustrating doing business in India. Can completely break you. Anyway please if anybody has created any whatsapp group please feel free to add us: 9932zero9988three.
