CS with law in PG or CS with MBA? What is the better option? And it would be good if one can tell about other combinations.
Regards.

Law Goes a Best Combination with CS.
CS is a field dealing with Laws & Compliances with several statutory Bodies & LLB is also a Field of Law. MBA deals with Admn & Management. So CS makes a Better Combination with LLB

One could be a motor mouth with their answer!
CS with a PG in Law could lead to a decent job in an organisation or one could take up
cases for presentation in tribunals / courts. Such combo will definately put you ahead of the pack.
CS then MBA could escalate one's career by far. With such base you can look forward for
"specific powers of management" in a listed company. To be clear as a bell, with this I mean
the position of heading a department or simply said "Director or VP(legal)". Such positions are meant to handle touch and go situations. Here, life wouldn't be a box of fluffy ducks!
Hope my view is in the ballpark!

Yes, most of the people advice for law after CS, Is the sole reason behind this is increasig placement opportunities in law firms? Because I don't have in my mind a job in legal firms specifically. Yes, I am pretty sure that I want to make it in the corporate sector. One of the thoughts has been to do further studies in Economics or Finance( MBA or a degree in Finance & Analysis control ).

Darshana,
If I were you and wanted to get into management then I'd consider doing
MBA in management rather than opting for Masters Programme in Law.
Your question can not be answered in a Yes or a No. The response
would be driven by your ambitions.
Laslty, CS with either an MBA or a Law masters would work
wonders for you. Try to be close to the real scenario during your
study! I've no much idea on the efforts of masters in law but
doing an mba program would enhance your skills to the next
level. Your perception of any issue or an idea would change by far.
In a nutshell, you would start thinking from a totally different angle.
Pls note: my reply is not a demeanour to any person/course.
