Cs training exemption related query_trainig dpt not respond

Respected CS or my Dear CS trainee student friends,

I am eager to know that based on my past work experience of overall 6.5 years in secretarial, Accounts, taxation & Internal audit In department of different companies or with practicing CAs,

Do I am eligible for any full or partial exemption from training ?

Please guide me what process I am required to follow to fulfill the Training requirements.

I several time tried to mail to CS training dept & called on given no. on website

however no one is responding to my query.

Please guide me.

What to do to get exemption ?
