You will be awarded CS Degree, but you can not do practise as a Company Secretary

ICSI will accept your Associate membership application form provided if articles are completed or got exemption from attaining cs-training.

harish if i am unable to claim exemption what will be my qualification graduate cs ??

i mean what should i write in my resume a graduate cs or cs finalist ???

You can write on resume as "Licentiate ICSI" on clearing CS-Professional exams.
