Cs roll no., reg no. lost

Hey guys can we get the cs marksheet downloaded without cs roll no. And registration no. Problem is that my frnd's luggage got stolen during her journey. And therein she had all her documents. Nd now the case is she is left with nthng. Though for odr things she need nt worry much but for cs she's finding no solution. She has called the helpline too but they say they need atleast registration no.
