Dear Mr Premchand,
Your case is so complicated, first of all how you was appear in IPC without having original result ? You must ask for the same. Now you have to apply for duplicate mark sheet from the institute. You may find application form for apply for duplicate mark sheet from ICAI.ORG.
You can clarify such fact with ICSI, if they are agree then your registration may carry !

Yes, I can understand even I also faced that kind of situation while dealing with institute. But, it’s very important document and you have to ask in any cost. Tell your query telephonically and ask and remind same person, and request him/her to settle your issue at the earliest. Also acknowledge all conversations to your region branch.
thank you sir......i hav asked for duplicate certificate but it takes 20-25 days ...but the last date for cs is feb 28 ..other side cs management are also not responding,,
