Pls read Regulations 48, 51 and 52 of the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982 for eligibility from getting exemption from training. Letter to be drafted showing experience in all areas as envisaged in CS Regulations.

Apurva you have 3 months at your disposal as the CS Executive Examination for June 2013 commences from 5th June 2013 and hence you should be able to complete your syllabus and do adequate revision and clear the examination.
Keep the morale high and believe in your strengths, this will infuse confidence in you. It is time for you to set the ball rolling and you will be able to assess the level of preparedness. You cannot judge the level of water in the well by standing on top of it; rather you need to sink in, to know the level of depth.
Best of luck

Even if one is given six months period to study, there will be some who will complain that they could not cover the syllabus on time, I personally feel you must not get dissuaded by such bunch of people. Since, you are attempting Module 2, which has 3 papers, you will surely have ample time for revision too. The crux of professional examination is the ability to utilize your time in an optimal manner with quality revision and presentation in the examination.
The most crucial period for most students is one month prior to your examination. If your fuel exhausts by that time, you will be in trouble, thus you must peak at the right time. So just, focus and get started, do not heed to negative comments about what people opine.
Good luck
