i wanna knw that in CS there is a program called SIP. is it necesary to do it. if anyone doesnt do it then what are the consequences that he and she can face

It is compulsory for every CS Executive student.You have to deposit fees which is Rs. 1000 at Prasad nagar New delhi.After it institute provide u training after 1 or 2 months.
