See dont take tension for writing CC Papers.
I am an examiner for ICSI CC Papers. But actually the institute is not so very particular and I really do not think that you could be debarred for not submitting the same.

CS oral Coaching might not be so very helpful in exampreparation wise...I really again insist that you join some good private classes...and not worry about your CC Papers :)

DEEPA, Considering the answers expected from the students;the institute generally prefers the language of the Module for Porfessional Exam Study. I am an Examiner for the Institute and the model answers that we contain Module curriculum. But for PRACTICAL SUBJECTS you can refer to the following:-
FINANCIAL,TREASURY AND FOREX MANAGEMENT, since it is a practical subject you might refer to the reference books or notes of some reputed private classes for practical problems.
ADVANCED TAX LAWS AND PRACTICE, you can refer to a book by the author named BANGAR. though the book is lengthy, it is good for Tax.
Any questions, I would appreciate.

Deepa..You can use Scanner. BUT DO PLEASE MAKE VERY SURE YOU DO NOT ONLY REFER THE SCANNER. Since your attempt is in December. PLAN YOUR STUDIES WELL AND ATLEAST READ ALL THE MODULES COMPLETELY ONCE.
My Wishes are with you.

Uday Sir,
I am about to write my Professional exams in December 2012,I am not planning to join any classes for the exam(atleast not for the theory subjects, but for Forex Mgmt & Tax). Please tell me if i have to join for private classes for all the 8 subjects to waive off writing CC papers,or is it okay even if i join classes only for the aforesaid 2 subjects?
Also, kinldy inform me whether i have to submit the CC papers mandatorily if i do not go for any private classes for any subject?
Thanks in advance!

First of all, I do not know your background and experience. If you do not have enough experience and are not an LLB or CA then you need coaching for theory subjects also in CS Professional.
Especially for CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING and DUE DILIGENCE AND CORPORATE COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT.
If you are located in Mumbai, I can provide, In case you want markings and guidance. Otherwise mail me.
Regards and blessings

There are four modules.
Module 2 has Financial, treasury and forex management which is a practical subject.
Module 3 has Advanced Tax Laws and Practice which is also a practical subject.
If you are good at practical subjects do appear for Module 2 and 3.
If you think you have a grip on Company Law, since your training might be going on! :) You can go for Module 1 which has CSP and Drafting. Also Module 4 which has Due diligence and Governance.
SO,
Comfortable with Practical.................. Better go for Module 2 and Module 3
Comfortable with Company Law....... Better go for Module 1 and Module 4
& Compliance.
I wish you all the luck.
