ALL THE CANDIDATES WHO HAVE APPEARED IN THE CS EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME EXAMINATION ….DECEMBER, 2012 SESSION
Dear Student,
We wish to inform that the results of the Executive Programme examination held in December, 2012 are scheduled to be declared on Monday, the 25th February, 2013 at 11:00 AM. The results will be displayed on the website of the Institute viz.www.icsi.edu which can be accessed by entering the Roll Number. Please also download the E-Mark Sheet from the website as the Mark Sheet will not be sent by post. The results will also be displayed in the Headquarters of the Institute (Lodi Road & Noida Offices), its Regional/Chapter offices as well as at the Examination Centre premises where the Executive examinations were held. Students may also check the results over telephone at the Institute’s Headquarters at Noida (0120-4522081/84/85/86/87) and the Regional/ Chapter Offices of the Institute. Students completing/ passing the Executive Programme Stage during this session are eligible to seek registration to the Professional Programme.
Executive Pass Students who shall be registering for the Professional Programme upto and including 28th February,2013 are eligible for appearing in All Four Modules of the Professional Programme Examinations to be held in December, 2013 subject to completion of coaching and other formalities. Therefore, students passing the Executive Programme examination in December, 2012 session and desirous of appearing in All Four Modules of Professional Programme Examinations in December, 2013 session must apply for registration as a student for CS Professional Programme on or before 28th February,2013. Online registration facility is available at the Institute’s website www.icsi.edu and students can also seek registration in prescribed registration application form (which may be downloaded from the link https://www.icsi.edu/ webmodules/student/revised%20pp%20form.pdf) to the Institute alongwith a crossed demand draft for Rs.12,000/-drawn in favour of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India payable at New Delhi on or before 28th February,2013. The application forms can be submitted in the Institute’s Noida Office and also at Institute’s Regional / Chapter offices.
Apart from the option of submitting the fees by way of demand draft, students may remit the requisite registration fee in cash at the Institute’s Noida Office and at some of the Regional Offices and major Chapters.
It is also clarified that the candidates who pass/ complete the Executive Programme Stage during December, 2012 session but unable to register for Professional Programme by the cut-off date of 28th February,2013 may register for the Professional Programme during the period from 1st March, 2013 to 31st May, 2013 to become eligible for appearing in Any Two Modules (any combination as per students’ preference) in December, 2013 examination subject to completion of coaching and other formalities.

You may download E-Mark Sheet from the Institute’s website www.icsi.edu immediately after declaration of results.
This intimation is being sent to all the candidates who have appeared in December, 2012 Executive Programme examination pending declaration of their results so that they could seek registration by the closing date immediately after passing the said examination. In the event of being declared ‘FAIL’ in the Executive Programme Examinations, such candidates are not eligible to seek registration to the Professional Programme as stated above. As such, those students who are unable to complete/ pass the Executive Programme Stage during June, 2013 Session, are advised to submit their examination form with requisite fee Rs. 1200/= per Module latest by 25th March,2013 and with the prescribed late fee of Rs. 250/= upto 9th April,2013 for appearing in June, 2013 session of examinations.
In other words, only those students who actually complete/ pass the Executive Programme Stage during the December, 2012 session are eligible to seek registration to Professional Programme. Those who have appeared only in One Module for the first time and / or not passed the Executive Programme Stage during December, 2012, are not eligible to seek registration to Professional Programme. Such students may submit the examination application form & fee for appearing in the remaining module(s) of Executive Programme during June, 2013 or subsequent sessions by the stipulated cut-off dates.
Please note that this intimation is being sent to the students purely on provisional basis and has no bearing with regard to the actual results i.e. pass/ fail status and may not be treated/ construed as prior intimation thereof in any manner.
