Cs preparation

Hello! I'm a CA student and would also appear for CS EXECUTIVE in December. What is an appropriately best way to study the lumpsum theory of CS? in which subject would there be requirement of reference books apart from module. How should I systematically organize my studies along with CA training?

Hi,

Its best to study from the institutes material as it is sufficient to clear the executive level. Securities law is the most doifficult subject to crack so devote 20-30% of your time to it.

Company law is the other difficult paper but considering youve cleared your IPCC it should not be so difficult for you.

Ensure you r good at the lesson round ups given at the end of every chapter

Be rational and do some indepth reading on the basis of what prods ur instincts while u read the lesson round up.

Go for scanner that is published for CS executive.

Gratitude for your wise direction. May I also know, which subject may need rounds of reference books for in-depth study?

Refer Scanner for all the subjects. Have it as the prime source of reliance.

Here is the compilation of company law book  back questions for important chapters, i did when i wrote my executive. ( Personally i feel book back questions n all r supplementary things..) Go thru if u wish

Hai,

As per my understanding, depth study of law is very important and in real professional life which will help you lot.

Incase exam point of view you can refer Study materials of ICSI and Scanners which will help you lot.
