Just wanted to confirm that whether a CS in employment (in a public ltd. unlisted co.) can be a non-executive director in another pvt. ltd. co.?

A non-executive director is a person who is not in full time employement of a company.
One can be appointed in a PVT.Ltd Co.AFAIK most of the sections containing provisions regarding Directors do not apply to a Pvt.Ltd Co.
