One of my friend is going to appear CS Executive exam in June'13, He has not completed the Postal Coaching but completed sify exemption test and he wants to appear for the exam in June'13. Now at the time of online fill up of exam form there is an option whether the candidate has completed or under going or not done the above three requirement for appearing in the exam. Now my question is what option he should choose so that he can appear for exam. If he chose option not done or no then whether he will still be considered for appearing for exams. Please Reply.
