Guys
Tell me frankly whether it is necessary to submit test papers for giving exams or i can appear without submitting them.
Dont tell me as per rules but as per what happens practically

Practically there is no need to submit them, u can appear without test papers...
(but if u decide for this rule then be careful, jab gadbad hoti hai to sidhe kaam bhi ulte ho jate hain, ye to phir ulta hai, so saare na sahi at least do submit a few)
