i have cs executive attempt in december11
can anybody suggest me which books are to be prepared for each subject
and also what are the important chapters in each subject from examination point of view to start with my preparation
i u to give some preparation tips also

the study materials are more than enough. Donot try to filter from that again. The entire study material is important

Agreed with Ramachandran.
Entire Study material need to studied without using any short cut method to pass the exam.
There is no alternative to study material.

Go with Sangeet Kedia & Scanner . Find out the solution of case law from module.

Nothing is more than institute modules, but revising company law module on the exam day is an impossible task...
Purchase a Bare Act and try remembering most of the section for Companies Act, 1956.

Institute material is more than enough. However, if you don't have sufficient time to go through all the materials, use ONLY THIS MUCH book. It is really wonderful and you clear the exams easily

Institute study material which is itself good for understanding....well then do try from scanner......after dis...i dnt think so.u need more books for preparatn.....:)
