Can anybody tell me that is this necessary to give postal papers in cs executive programme?
some people told its not necessary and they show their EC status as "waiting".
Plz guide me.

prospectus says it's compulsary coz admit card 4 examination will not be issued without d coaching completion certificate.
as far waiting is concerned, we hv 2 shw tht we hv deposited d necessory papers 2 d institute
i m planning to submit it within this month & u shd also do d same
