Can you provide any guidance on Dec' 08 exmination of CS Exicutive programme??? like.....

1. How would be the paper pattern?

2. What are the reference books?

3. How should one prepare for CS exams?

4. Is Guidelines (Containing questions from previous years) are useful?

5. Any other guide???
