To answer
1) From March 1st, the application forms will be available in the chapters.
2) March 25th without late fee; April 9th with late fee
3) Rs. 1200 per Module

Missed out, even the online examination enrollment is availble for CS.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
