your leaveing certificate xerox, your foundation exemption basis certificate (B.com)

both attested by CS. & DD

Need to submit computer course completed copy and if your registered after sep 2009 then need to submit SIP certificate copy..

only 2 Documents need to submit while submiting exam form..

as i m eligble to appear in 1 module for cs in jun 2011 wheterto appear or not or appear both modules in dec 2011 as benefit of set off is not available .i hav ca final in nov 2011

help  me its urgent
