in this coming December 2013 cs executive exam. .if we want to give a statement in context of company act..den what should we write company act 2013 ..or..1956..what would be correct. .
yes the normal amendments to the company act 1956 will apply... but also the highlights of the companies act 2013 are also be applicable. new achieving mca.
