I did't received the study materials from institute.. i am writting my Exams in june 2012. & also suggest me some Reference books for cs executive...

Dear Victor...
Soft copies of ICSI Study mat is not issued by ICSI. I would advise you to borrow the same from your friend for some time.
Also download CS notes from CCI.
