I just want to know whether CS Executive Programme Forms are available.
there is not any information on CS Website about the availability of forms.

Examination Forms are available at the regional offices and at Head office of CS. You can purchase it from their or you may send a DD with application for examination form and they send the form to u via post

YES.........EXAM FORM IS AVAILABLE AT EVERY BRANCH........
DD------> RS. 900 FOR ONE GP.
AND,
RS. 1800 FOR BOTH GPS.
FORM CAN BE BUY FOR RS. 50/-
DD SHOULD BE IN FAVOUR OF :

PAYABLE AT
NEW DELHI
LAST DATE:
25 OR 26 MARCH WITHOUT LATE FEE
