BENEFITS OF ONLINE EXAMINATION ENROLLMENT: STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO REMIT
ONLY THE NET AMOUNT OF EXAMINATION FEE WHEREAS TRANSACTION CHARGES ARE BORNE BY THE INSTITUTE. STUDENTS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY ANYTHING TOWARDS
THE COST OF EXAMINATION FORM AND THEY CAN SUBMIT THE FORM FROM THE COMFORT OF THEIR HOME.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE EXAMINATION ENROLLMENT : -
- Students are advised to select the Examination Centre, Module(s), Medium carefully. They are advised to check and recheck the details submitted as no changes are ordinarily allowed in the Examination Enrollment Status. Even if the changes are allowed upto certain stipulated dates, additional fee as decided from time to time will be levied for all such changes.
- Generation of Payment Id and Request Id is not indicative of confirmation of receipt of fee. Request Id and Payment Id is generated in all cases including failed transactions.
- Students are advised to invariably ensure that they are holding a valid payment receipt/ acknowledgement without which the examination enrollment will be treated as invalid. If the amount is deducted from your bank / debit/ credit card account but the acknowledgement is not generated online, you may verify the status of payment by writing to pooja.juyal @ icsi.edu
- Please submit the form afresh in case the payments are not confirmed.
- Students are encouraged to submit the examination form well in advance without waiting for the last dates and the Institute may not be held responsible for failure of submission of form and/ or payment due to technical or other problems. Students will not be allowed to submit the examination form and fee after the stipulated dates and such examination forms will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason.
- In case the online examination enrollment gets locked without successful payment of fee, students may unlock the form by clicking on the check box available in the form and proceed for submitting the examination form afresh. Before unlocking the form, please get the status of payment verified by writing to pooja.juyal @ icsi.edu to avoid duplicate/ multiple payments.
- The preliminary enrollment details will be uploaded by the Institute on its website (usually 30-45 days before issue of Admit Card). Students may point out discrepancies, if any, before the stipulated dates. Requests for changes in the examination enrollment status will not be entertained after the stipulated dates.
- Students whose registrations are on provisional basis are advised to send proof of passing the 10+2 Examinations (Mark Sheet/ Pass Certificate) or Proof of passing the Bachelor’s Degree Examinations (Degree Certificate OR Mark Sheets of all the three years) at prov.reg @ icsi.edu for regularizing their registration failing which the students will not be enrolled for the examinations.
- Students are advised to send their mails at the respective E-mail Ids mentioned above. However, they may send mail to enroll @ icsi.edu for other general information / clarification pertaining to examination enrollment.
- Registration Denovo / Extension of Registration and Paper-wise Exemption : Students are advised to seek Registration Denovo / Extension of Registration and also Paper-wise exemption latest by 10th October, 2013 separately failing which will not be eligible for appearing in December, 2013 session of examinations. The relaxation is being provided for December, 2013 session only. From June, 2014 Session onwards, students are required to seek Registration Denovo/ Extension by 20th February, 2013 and Paper-wise Exemption by 31st January, 2013.
