You need to secure atleast 40% marks in each subject + 50% aggegate in any module for passing a module.

so in case of III u secured only 95 in aggregate falling short of 5 marks even though u scored 40+ in both papers and hence unfortunately u have not passed module III.

so in short u have passed only module I and need to reappear for odule III

As per my understanding u r pass. 

In my own case when i was in inter i got 223 out of 400 in gr 1 and 199 in gr. 2. I didnt score 50% in 2nd gr. bt still i got passed.

When we are giving more than one group together then we see the percentage cumulatively. 

So in ur case the shortage of 5 marks can be taken from your additional marks in Module 1.

Set off benefit is available in case you have got minimum marks in all the groups nd appeared in all the groups at same tym.

But in ur case Mr. Ravikiran you have appeared only in grp1 nd 3. sotht there is no set off benefit available to you.

In the case of inter there are only 2 grps. so tht set off benefit is available if you hve secured minimum marks in all pprs.

Set off beneif is also not availbel in this case as only this benefit is available if all 4 modules i.e 8 papers are attempted at 1 sitting in other cases it is not available.pls confirm the same with icsi.
